We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or U.S. public holidays
  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

We offer standard shipping on eligible orders.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Ella’s Boutique is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Failed delivery attempts

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed.


8. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If a shipment appears delayed or missing, customers should contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

9. Undeliverable or Returned Orders
